In next five to ten years, computers will be full aware of man communication; that was once a great difference in human and computers. 

Computers Listen

In the past, Computers didnt have the ability to listen. They only accepted the commands we used to give them with some keyboard or a mouse. And that needed to be highly specific for the computers to learn and then act accordingly. Computer had no ears. But the time has given Computers of present some massive Ears. They listen now. And they learn now. They listen all the Human languages. Then listen even the languages of the animals and the music of the birds.. And they are capable to understand them. They can listen to your background musics and tell you what song it is running.

Computers listen and then follow commands as humans can. They are working on this technology more and more each day. And the artificial intelligence is getting stronger and stronger day by day. 

Computers Speak

Computers have been making noises from the beginning. There used to be some internal tones that computers make other than the fan running. These were like when computer was turned on some alarming sound would run for a while. But humans were not able to learn that what its mean except the technical person only. But now Computers can speak the human language. And their voice has got a lot better and more human like. They speak in man and female sounds alike with the accent of almost whole of the world areas. Isnt that amazing? It sure is interesting. 

When they need to convey a message, they can do so by speaking the human language. They can translate it into your language or anyother language as you wish.

They can tell jokes.They can share information. They can teach you piano. They can orate you  a book. They can make you sleep by reading you some sleep story. They can motivate you about your life. They can teach you medical secrets. The list can go on and on.

Compters See

Yes Computers have got some Awesome lens. They can scan your documents. They can learn the objects. They can read the words in a doument shown to them. Then can measure distances just by looking at them. Then can compute math problems by just looking at them. They can scan and save your douments. They can fetch numbers from the Phone directory and call them for you. In other words they have real eyes with augmented vision, that no human can match.

Can Computers Smell??

When we are answering all the senses computer has developed, we can't stop and wonder if computers can smell too. Because thats what humans have too. So yes just in 2017 Intel released the LOIHI chip. With the features of self learning and the ability to smell things, it's one  of very advanced form of Artifical Intelligence. As we speak they can smell the hazardous smell of some dangerous chemicals. Then can detect new smells and then identify them when same smells are re-exposed. Woah..

Can Computers Feel??

Feel the Touch?

Yes obviously our mobiles and tabs are vivid examples. Computers can detect touch. They can feel the pressure under your fingers. They can differ the touch from a hand to a pen. Then can measure how much force you are appling and how repititive you are in your touching. They can feel the warmth of your fingers. They can sense the pulse of your veins. They can record your stress level. They even tell your blood oxygen saturation level merely by touching your fingers. So yeah computers can touch so deeply that humans cant.

Feel the Emotions?

It has grown popular that computers understand your emotions now more than your family. They keep track of your daily routines, they record your emotions like anger, excitement, happiness, sadness. But still they detect it based on your provided data.

As we see more advancement in the field of neuromorphic chips, the emotional forms of humans will be very easy for computers to learn. All the neural responses will be collected by computers and then they will act accordingly and manage to work in accord.

Final Words

That time is not far away when computers will be treated as second beings with capabilities similar but more advanced than humans. The interaction between human and computers will be an every second doing. All the important jobs of humans will be sharedwith computers. Computers will have rights too and if Humans will violate them, they will be subjected to punishment as well. Just like we see in sci-fi movies, Computers will lead humans. It is the fancy name for recording your screen. When I fist thought of teaching the stuff I knew to people, I wanted it to be as clear as possible. A good guide is one that the second person can view as a first person. When the topic is about Computers the best way one can learn is to actually see the other person screen clearly. So there came the softwares which recorded your screens while you do the stuff you are doing as it. Then this recorded screen can be converted into video and then shared with other person. Thats casting to other people. So the name goes The Screen Casting Software.

3. Common options available for Screen Casting?

There are a lot of options now available in the market. Adobe has its own. Filmora provides a very awesome product. And then comes Camtasia. All of them are wonderful and amazing. They all perform well. Adobe and Filmora are a little heavier as they are more high  performing and take your RAM. 

4. Why Camtasia?

While answeing this question, I want to remind you again its my perspective. So the Disclaimer is here before you make any comments about what is best and what is secondary. Its all my opinion and you have all the rights to have your opinions that differ from me. I started with Camtasia when I first initiated making videos. And it was so easy to learn that I never was able to shift to other medias. I learnt it like I meant it. I was fully submerged in it. And it gave me all I wanted with it. So it worked best for me. And thats why Camtasia is here being written in our blog.

5. What can Camtasia do?

Recording

All the basics. Starting from recording your Screen. It records without any blinking lights here and there. There is no special tag hanging down from anywhere. There are many options for recording which part of your screen you like. You can record whole of your screen. You can record part of your screen. The part which you favour definitly. You can have multiple dimensions option available. SD, HD, Ultra HD, and by that I mean 480p 720p and even 1080p recording options. 

Can Camtasia record 4K Video?

At the time of writing this article, Camtasia doesnt offer the feature of recording your screen in 4K format. You can import a 4K video and work on it but that will demand a heavy turmoil on your PC work. This means your computer might slow down a bit. Working might take more time as compared to when you are working normal formats. So the answer to whether I can record 4k is simple no for the while.

Can I record Audio for recording?

 

Yes audio can be recorded. It can record with a mic. You can attach a professional mic or use computer or laptops own one. Computer sounds are also recorded.

 

What are my Editing Options?

Once you have done your recording, you will be taken to the editing window. You need to save your work at this time. If you click save, it will create a copy of your recorded screen in your computer. The edited version is saved separatly from this. So you can always start anew from the main recording. The Editing features we will discuss in our new article. This article is getting lengthy.  So, Keep tuning to this blog and wait a little until we publish the Editing Features article. Create and Publish Option? 

Once you are done editing, done your recording, done your audio management, adding your background music, making intro and outro; the next part comes of finalizing the video and make a format ready to view. At this point you will first save your project. That will be in Camtasia format. Then you will publish it. Many formats are available. mp4, avi; you can even use flash options. Add the title, add the descriptions, make a water-mark of your video and finally publish it. The software will first render your video then verify and complete it. You will then be taken to your newly created video. Finally!

Green Sheet? 

Yes option is there. If you use green sheeth for your video making, you can add a professional background to your videos of your choice. It works perfectly fine.

This is a total legal way of getting Microsoft Office 365 for free. It includes our favourite apps like Microsoft Word, Microsft Excel, Powerpoint, One Note and more like that. There is still Premium version available for download at Microsoft Office Website and yes that will cost you money. This on the other hand is a free version that you can use without any subscription.

How did Office become my integral part?

My first interaction with Microsoft Office was when I first got hook up with a Computer. History of Personal Computers goes far back in the nintys. I was probably eight or nine years of old. And my father brought home this machine which caught my eyes right at first sight. The love has been going smooth since then. I remeber using Paint and Word at that time. It was a fasicnating experience. And it showed movies like Terminator and Titanic; wonder movies of that time. It was quite obvious that a young child would fall for this beauty without any hurdles. So it happened.

This friendship and love has been zigzaging and we both have grown much. I happened to become a doctor and have responsibilites that keep me away from Computers. It has grown out of my reach too with so many data and new apps sprouting every single day. But after so long, even this day the happiness and the calmness that the Traditional Office brings back to my heart is not present in the new fancy apps.

Its 2020, year of great despair, year of Corona Pandemic and I got free time to search and write. I got plenty of time to mesmerize myself again in the splendid memories of the past. I wanted to use Microsoft Office again. And I was amazed to find how mature it has grown with time just like us. So I made a tutorial and got it uploaded on Youtube. Link is in the post. 


What are the New Things about Office?

A lot has changed. The most significant change was the Online feature that was not common in the nintys. Since the clouds have come into origin, saving data has become so easy and safe at the same time. I observered; and this is just my observation and it shouldn't be used as a generalization principle, that saving data and sharing it with your colleagues and friends has become fast like lightning. It has become real time dealing with your colleagues and finalizing data and communicating the progress of the projects.

2nd thing is the interface. It has become a lot friendly and approachable as compared to past. Dictionary, Auto-edit, writing styles, paragraphing has become more beautiful and fluent.

Comment Feature: Its a good addition. Will be quite helpful in combined projects management.

Microsoft Office is providing a hecty useful office tools. What I look for and desire is a light app that can work out heavy duty. There are lot of apps; the most favourite that I use is Evernote. It has taken me like a surprise and has covered the place of my personal diary.
I see Office turning into something that comes from the mixture of Evernote and Word Typing.That would be wonderful.

Windows 10 How to Unzip a File using Winrar

What are Zip Files?

Lets make ourselves move a little back in time. Before the zip files, there used to be briefcases. Yes! you read it right. Windows started this feature probably in Windows XP. The briefcases worked exactly what you would expect form a natural briefcase. They kept your documents and files safe inside and then put a zip over it. So that documents dont spill out while you are doing other work. I see Zip files as the updated version of those briefcases.  Though, it were third party softwares that started this culture but Microsft followed soon after. Now you can make and open zip files in windows easily.

Do we even need them?

Yes. The answer is simple. They are extra security. They are pretty handful if you want to share your data. And stop wandering viruses and bacterias to harm your useful data. They are handsome packing for your crucial information.

I downloaded a file and its format is .zip/.rar. What to do now?

There are numerous ways to deal with that. First of all try to open in with your windows explorer. Mostly that will work fine. However, if you wish to use third party softwares.There are many too; the one I have been using since long and would like to recommend is Winrar. The video is above there. Look it out. Experiment it. Play with it. Download it from the web. And use it. Its that simple.

Does a Zip only can save my crucial legal documents?

Probably not. But you can add Passwords to your zip files. Yes now it is safe. It is not easy to open these files even the quite smart handpickers will fail to open it. And thats something quite useful and handy for us.

I have a Zip file. How to Unzip it?

Get winrar first. Download it and Install it. Right clicking your zip file will open up menu. This menu will help  you to extract documents from the zip file. There are multiple options there. You can choose:

    1. To extract files right there in the folder you are present.

    2. To extract files in a folder with the name same as the zip file.

    3. To extact files in a user specified area with a user specified name folder.

Should I delete the zip file after extracting?

It's upto you. You can save it and delete it as you wish. If you want to keep a safe copy; probably keep a backup folder and move it there, For the rest of files, do as you wish. Its totally over you.

My question started with this enigma: Why is everybody looking for control panel? And why is it so important to find Control Panel? What effects has it brought in Windows 10?

So lets start with opening up this puzzle one piece at a time. 

What is Control Panel?

Control Panel is the underground basement room which has all the controls and functions of the whole building. And one can monitor and manipulate all the things by sitting in that little room. Its in fact a really powerful room. Control Panel is featured as that room in this movie we call the Windows. So in simple words, all the switches and power buttons are managed by Control Panel. All your softwares, all the secuirty of Windows, your computer controls, keyboard, mouse, speakers, printers, disk space, visual display properties and several other functions are controlled by a single entity known as Control Panel.

Control Panel in Windows 10?

As Microsoft updated and moved to newer operating system, the Windows 10. Things got a little changed. The interface changed drastically. The new tile appearance was inoculated. It was good looking and smooth. But it wasn't so user-friendly. And to look for things you needed was a tiresome work for the old users. So, soon it become useless and Microsoft had to remove it to get back to their normal appearance. The tile appearance is still there as you can see in the Windows Start Menu. Much like that the problem was finding Control Panel was gruesome.
