How to Take a ScreenShot of your Desktop

Screen Shot is an easy way to show others on the net what actually you are viewing on your desktop. The screen-shot can be saved in a jpeg or any other image format and can be sent to anyone or else used anyway you want it.

Here, I am going to tell the easiest way to do it.

  • Just get your desktop in the state you want your screenshot to appear. For example if you want to take the screenshot of any of your written document, go open it.
  • Now just press the "PrntScr" key (Print Screen Key) on your keyboard. It is present near the upper right corner of the keyboard. This will copy  the screen shot in the window's clipboard.
  •  Now open the Paint software from your Start Menu. And press right click on the empty page opened in the Paint and select Paste.(You can also paste it by pressing "Ctrl + V").
  • Now you can make modifications in it by using the Paint Tools and then Save it in the format you want.

Thats it!!!
